Habits, tasks, and garden entries serve different jobs

The intention

A habit tracks repeated behaviour. A to-do tracks a result that can be finished. A garden entry preserves knowledge that should remain useful after today.

Why it matters

Putting information in the right place makes each tool easier to trust. If something demands action, it should not disappear into a note. If something explains a reusable idea, it should not vanish inside a completed task.
